Reporting to the General Manager, the Transformation and Innovation Project Manager assists the Management Committee in structuring the management of the company. He/she is also in charge of central and strategic projects. He/she therefore occupies a cross-functional position, in contact with all the teams, which combines strategic analysis, project management and operational efficiency.

Details of the tasks : 

  • Performance monitoring

Specific studies and audits at the request of the Management Committee

  • Monitoring of the roadmap

Monitoring of project progress via the roadmap tool

Synthesis and analysis for presentation to the Management Committee

  • Strategic projects

Steering of projects that structure the financial management of the company and the development of its activities

Reading and legal assistance for the group's projects, particularly development projects

Participation in the definition of the organisation of the Group's structuring projects.

Coordinating with the various players involved in the projects to ensure the smooth running of the projects at all key stages.

Communication on the progress of projects to the Management Committee through the production of deliverables and regular progress reports.

  • Legal assistance:

Identification and monitoring of all contractual commitments of the companies within the OKKO HOTELS perimeter.

Implementation of a tool and a process for archiving these commitments.

Assistance in the preparation of certain contractual documents (contracts, minutes, resolutions, letters, etc).

Details of the position:

The hiring policy of OKKO HOTELS aims to improve the representation of disabled people within its workforce.

Type of contract: 1 year fixed term contract

Location: Paris 8th district.

Salary: Remuneration according to profile.

Teleworking possible 2 days a week.
