OKKO HOTELS is a young, fast-growing French hotel group that is regularly on the loukout for new employees for our hotels and our head office.

When we first came up with the idea for OKKO HOTELS, we wanted to offer travellers a four-star experience without any clouds. But beyond this initial pledge to our customers, when we created the group we were determined to remain attentive to the needs of our employees, our partners and our suppliers, as well as to environmental issues and developments in the cities where our hotels are located.
This is why we are continuing on a daily basis to develop an ambitious and fully transparent CSR policy involving all our stakeholders. At our head office, OKKO HOTELS has a team of 25 people who strive day after day to build a stronger, more agile, more ambitious and more innovative brand that is always attentive to the latest trends and major changes affecting our society.
The office is located in the 8th arrondissement of Paris.
At OKKO HOTELS, we offer a hybrid workplace model allowing our employees to spend two days a week working from home.
The head office is made up of:
The Operations Department in charge of group-wide management, hotel operations and marketing
The Construction Department in charge of technical design and overseeing our construction sites
The Product and Communications Department responsible for the group concept and communications
The Finance Department responsible for financing and development
Here at OKKO HOTELS, we do not recruit receptionists, chefs or breakfast managers. We recruit multi-talented, versatile hotel staff who are entrusted with welcoming our guests and ensuring their comfort throughout their stays, as well as managing and bringing to life the Club, an innovative and friendly space dedicated to our guestss.
Each hotel team consists of a:
Director in charge of managing the team, the management and marketing of the hotel and the respect of OKKO HOTELS values
Deputy Director in charge of assisting the Director in his task and offering our clients a 4* welcome without any clouds
Technical Manager responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the hotel
Hoteliers - multi-skilled hotel staff in charge of welcoming our guests, providing concierge service and setting up the various buffets (breakfast, aperitivo)
