The restaurant of the hotel OKKO PARIS LA DEFENSE is looking for a Restaurant Assistant Manager!
OKKO HOTELS is a young French hotel group whose ambition is to offer the best of 4* to the travellers of today and tomorrow. The opening of the OKKO LA DEFENSE hotel is marked by the opening of the group's first restaurant.

In close collaboration with the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the restaurant according to the procedures and values of the OKKO HOTELS group: conviviality, generosity, modernity and serenity.
In addition to having an exemplary attitude towards customers and staff at all times, your main missions will be :
Management of the teams:
- Assist the hotel manager in the organisation of the restaurant
- Supervise the work of the restaurant teams
- Train and evaluate employees
- Control the application of hygiene and safety rules
- Maintain the equipment and premises in good condition
- Ensuring the proper transmission of information
Administrative and financial management
- Monitor and develop the restaurant's turnover and profitability
- Place the orders necessary for the activity
- Follow administrative procedures to ensure the proper management of the establishment
Quality performance
- Ensure compliance with the brand's 4* quality standards
- Ensure customer satisfaction and monitor quality indicators
- Make proposals to improve the customer experience and procedures
Experience and required qualities:
- You have several years of experience in restaurant service
- Experience in a similar position is desirable
- Knowledge of oenology, bierology, mixology
- Good knowledge of computer tools
- Languages: French, English required, a third language is appreciated
- Energetic, dynamic, organised and detail-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit
Work contract :
- CDI - Part-time (32h/week)
- Remuneration to be defined according to your experience
- 50% reimbursement of transport costs
