Under the responsibility of the Technical Director, and in functional link with the technical managers of the hotels (RTE), you will be responsible for :
- Ensuring the proper implementation by the Technical Managers of maintenance management tools: PMP, PPR, safety register and sanitary booklet, etc...
- Organise weekly meetings with each Technical Manager on the Out of Order rooms
- Assist the Technical Managers in the selection and management of maintenance contracts
- Organise regular technical visits to the hotels, and draw up reports with follow-up actions
- Manage and monitor hotel action plans: energy, maintenance, risk prevention
- Monitor the hotels' energy consumption and organise corrective actions
- Assist hotels with building, technical installations, health and safety, ensuring regulatory compliance
- Prepare, with the Technical Managers and Directors, the periodic visits of the safety commission
- Assist the Directors in the recruitment and training of Technical Managers
- Prepare, in collaboration with the Technical Managers and Directors, the multiannual and annual technical investment plans
- Assisting the Directors in the event of an incident.
