The OKKO TOULON LIBERTE 4* hotel, located in the heart of the city on Place de la Liberté, will open its doors at the end of February 2020. It will have 98 rooms and like all the other OKKO hotels in a Club, fitness and sauna. A small innovation for OKKO HOTELS, this hotel will have a rooftop!
In close collaboration with the Hotel Manager, you will be in charge:
1) Initially to organize and ensure the opening of the hotel for 02/03/2020 :
- Finalization of the installation of equipment and systems
- Setting up OKKO teams and subcontracting: recruitment, training
- Implementation of OKKO HOTELS operating procedures
2) to ensure the proper functioning of the hotel according to the procedures and values of the OKKO HOTELS group to achieve the objectives of:
1- results and financial profitability
2- quality & service attitude
3- customer satisfaction
In addition to having a permanent field presence and an exemplary attitude towards customers and employees, your main missions will be:
Team management :
- Supervise the work of the hotel and maintenance team
- Establish schedules
- Recruit, train and evaluate employees
- Monitor the application of health and safety rules
Administrative & financial management
- Monitor and develop the activity
- Place the necessary orders for the activity
- Follow administrative procedures to ensure the proper management of the establishment
Quality performance
- Ensure compliance with the profession's HACCP standards and the OKKO HOTELS PMS
- Ensure compliance with the brand's 4* service quality standards
- Ensure customer satisfaction and monitor quality indicators
