OKKO HOTELS is an urban hotel brand whose mission is to offer the best value for money in the 4* segment. This independent French family group, founded by Olivier Devys and Paul Dubrule, has 170 employees.
Ten OKKO hotels are already open (Nantes, Grenoble, Lyon, Cannes, Rueil-Malmaison, Bayonne, Paris Porte de Versailles, Strasbourg, Paris Gare de L'Est, Toulon) and several are under construction or under development in France and Europe.
OKKO HOTELS builds, in the vast majority of cases, its hotels with developers via VEFA/BEFA contracts.
As part of the development of the brand, OKKO HOTELS is looking for a Director of Construction who will report directly to the President of the company. S/he will interact with the maintenance manager who supervises all the maintenance managers of each hotel, and with the design product manager who is in charge of the design identity and of supervising the work of the decorators.
You will be in charge of managing the construction projects of the new OKKO HOTELS as the future operator and representative of the project owner, in order to ensure the proper respect of the product carried out, its compliance with the OKKO HOTELS specifications, the planning, and the contract signed with the developer.
