Hotel OKKO NICE AEROPORT 4*, the twelfth hotel of the Group to open its doors around 15/07/2021, is looking for a motivated Night Hotel Manager to live this wonderful adventure.

What is the Hotelier position at OKKO HOTELS?

At OKKO HOTELS, we do not recruit receptionists, brigade chiefs or breakfast managers. We recruit versatile hoteliers in charge of welcoming guests and their well-being throughout their stay but also in charge of managing and running the Club, an innovative and friendly space dedicated to our customers.

As a night hotelier, your main tasks will be to:

Customer relationship

- To be the best ambassador of the OKKO spirit to the hotel's guests
- Contribute to the permanent satisfaction of the client throughout his stay from the moment he is welcomed until his departure
- Contribute to customer loyalty by always listening to their needs and being responsive in the implementation of solutions

Responsibilities Reception

In compliance with internal operating procedures:

  • Ensure the passing of instructions with day hoteliers
  • Welcome customers and organize departures the next day
  • Manage telephone calls and provide a concierge service throughout the night
  • Ensure that reservations are taken while promoting the OKKO HOTELS loyalty programme
  • Check incoming reservations and their payment guarantees
  • Follow up on customer receipts and manage the cash float at the reception desk
  • Ensure the administrative and system closure of the day
  • Know and apply the hotel's security rules: fire procedure, identity check of a client in case of loss of a room key, closing the hotel's accesses at the right times.

Club Responsibility

In compliance with internal operating procedures:
- Cleaning up the Club and prepare the breakfast offer
- Assembly and dismantling of seminar rooms
- Comply with hygiene and security standards
