It was during her studies in foreign languages and international business in Italy that Eleonora first fell in love with the French language. Once she had completed her studies, she started her career in the hotels and restaurants of her hometown, Turin. But soon she followed her heart and moved to the city of Strasbourg in the French region of Alsace. In 2008, she took a year out to work in Australia, before she returned to France, this time to study marketing. Three years down the line, with more professional experience under her belt, she took charge of her first hotel, on the Route des Vins. Having graduated from a master’s course in tourism management – which she took on a part-time basis while pursuing her career – in 2017, Eleonora jumped at the chance of joining the OKKO HOTELS adventure, where she will help to oversee the opening of the chain’s first hotel in Strasbourg.
