HOW MANY HOTELS DO YOU HAVE ?

By the time you read those lines, we have 10 hotels in Nantes, Grenoble, Lyon, Cannes, Rueil-Malmaison, Bayonne, Paris, Strasbourg and Toulon. 

IS THE BREAKFAST INCLUDED IN THE PRICE ?

No, breakfast is not included in all our rates. It will be offered to you at the rate of 14€ during your stay. You can benefit from a reduction by booking a Club breakfast rate included on our website. It is served from 7am to 10am during the week and from 8am to 12 noon on weekends at the Club. We do not offer room service.

It is composed of a selection of products often organic or artisanal and always good! 

On the menu: Teas Palais des Thés, coffee, hot chocolate, latte... prepare your favourite drink with our professional machines. Pastries, scrambled eggs and bacon, brioche and assorted white and special breads, jams and local yoghurts, Conviette butters, organic fruit, Muesli, local and regional cheeses selected by a Meilleur Ouvrier de France, ultra-fresh orange and grapefruit juice.

IS IT TRUE THAT THE HOTEL FURNITURE IS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE AT YOUR STORE?

Yes, you can buy a selection of designer items and furniture chosen for you by our team and our interior designer Patrick Norguet at our online store.

CAN I BRING MY PET TO STAY WITH ME?

Yes, all pets weighing under 15 kg are welcome to stay at our hotels. A maximum of one pet per room may stay at no extra cost, on the understanding that they will be kept on a leash or in a cage when they are in the common areas. However, for hygiene reasons, pets will not be admitted into any areas where food is served.

WILL MY ROOM BE EQUIPPED WITH A SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX?

Yes, all of our rooms are equipped with their own small safety deposit boxes. The use of our main safe, suitable for bigger items or larger sums of money, is also available on request at the reception.

CAN I HAVE A ROOM WITH A BATHTUB?

No, we chose ecology by favoring the shower to the bathtub. But not any kind of shower, a vast Italian-style shower decorated with a ceramic any height, to relax while taking care of you.

DO YOU HAVE FAMILY ROOMS?

No, our hotels are comprised exclusively of double rooms equipped with large queen-sized beds. We do not have adjoining bedrooms or twin rooms, and neither are we able to install an extra bed for you. Nonetheless, we can provide you with a cot (suitable for babies of up to two years-old) free of charge. Please think to notify our team of your requirements, to ensure that your room is ready for you on arrival.

WHY DO YOU NEED MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS?

If you choose one of our flexible rates, your bank details will serve as a guarantee only if you do not end up coming to the hotel or you miss the deadline to cancel your stay (after 6 p.m. on the first day of your booking). Your card will be automatically debited on the first night of your stay.

For our other rates, modification and cancellation conditions will be provided when you make your booking.

IS A WI-FI INTERNET CONNECTION AVAILABLE AT YOUR HOTELS?

Yes, Wi-Fi access is free and unlimited in the Club and in all the rooms. Television on-demand and calls to landlines and mobile phones in France are all also included in the price you pay for your room, in addition to €10 of telephone credit for overseas calls.

WILL I BE ABLE TO PARK AT THE HOTEL?

Some of our hotels have their own parking facilities (Nantes and Bayonne) but they cannot be reserved in advance. At our other hotels, we have formed partnerships with nearby car parks and/or will happily provide you with a list of options of where to park in the vicinity of the hotel. Alternatively, please feel free to contact the hotel directly to request further details.

DO YOUR HOTELS HAVE THEIR OWN RESTAURANTS?

No, we don't have any restaurants, but we're betting on generosity. Every evening, we invite you to join us at the Club for a moment of gourmet pleasure and conviviality: the aperitivo. The aperitivo is included in the price of your room and is served every evening at the Club from 6:30 pm to 8 pm.

DO YOU HAVE A LOYALTY SCHEME?

Yes, but with us you don’t receive a card, there will be no points, no number to call, no signing up, no procedure at all. If you want to, your Club account is automatically set up when you make your first booking. You will then be able to access an overview of your details, book subsequent stays with two clicks, amend or cancel your stays, share your feedback with us and make the most of your benefits. It’s up to you whether you choose to take advantage of them or not. But when it’s this easy, why would you deny yourself the privilege?

ARE YOUR HOTELS SUITABLE FOR GUESTS WITH REDUCED MOBILITY?

Yes, of course. Our hotels all contain rooms that have been specially designed for guests with reduced mobility, and our public areas and facilities are also fully accessible for them.

The signs in the hotels are also designed to be as easy to read as possible.

WHAT IS THE LATEST TIME THAT I CAN ARRIVE?

Our hotels are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A member of our team will always be on hand to welcome you.

WHAT ARE THE HOTEL CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES?

The rooms are available on arrival from 2 p.m. They can be occupied until midday from Monday to Friday, and until 2 p.m. at weekends.
