With her dynamism and cheery demeanour, Caroline is passionate about providing the highest levels of service. Having been determined to work in the hotel industry ever since a young age, Caroline studied at the Institut Vatel, before gaining first-hand experience of the world of luxury accommodation at some of the finest establishments in Paris and on the Côte d’Azur. Also boasting extensive commercial experience at large hotel groups, Caroline is something of a specialist on the Lyon market. She joined the OKKO HOTELS adventure in 2015 as Assistant Manager, before becoming Hotel Manager two years later. A faithful ambassador of OKKO’s values, she is 100% committed to offering her guests an experience worthy of four stars, no clouds. 

Our team is made up of men and women who have chosen a career in hotels because, above all, they value being in direct contact and at the service of the customers.
