170 rooms

The group’s first hotel in central Paris, OKKO HOTELS Paris Gare de l’Est lies proudly alongside Platform 2 at the Gare de l’Est railway station: an exceptional setting for this hotel offering 170 rooms over three floors.

Emblematic of the dynamism of the surrounding area, the hotel is part of the regeneration of the Gare de l’Est district in the tenth arrondissement. Its most unique feature, without a doubt, is the presence of a 2,600 m² public garden on its roof, owned by the City of Paris.

Located next to the train tracks leading out of the Gare de l’Est, and just 5 minutes from the Gare du Nord, OKKO’s Paris Gare de l’Est hotel is served by a whole host of public transport connections.
> Gare de l’Est metro station: lines 4, 5 and 7 (Exit 1: Rue d’Alsace) – 3 minutes
> Gare du Nord metro station: lines 2, 4 and 5 | RER lines B, D and E (Exit 1: Rue du Faubourg Saint-Denis) – 6 minutes

The hotel itself can be accessed in one of two ways:
  • On exiting the Gare de l’Est, head straight to 30A Rue d’Alsace by going under the main staircase and walking alongside the train tracks.
  • Coming from the Gare du Nord, find the elevator located opposite no. 43 Rue d’Alsace and take it down to the hotel entrance, which is located below street level.

The hotel is located in a thriving neighbourhood which, thanks to its ever-increasing number of shops, bars, restaurants and innovative concepts, is fast becoming one of the capital’s most vibrant districts.

Less than 20 minutes by foot from the Buttes Chaumont, Belleville, the Grands Boulevards and the Place de la République, the hotel’s idyllic location makes it possible for guests to walk to many of the city’s most iconic sites.
