OKKO HOTELS CANNES Centre 4* has a capacity of 125 rooms and a restaurant offer from 12:00 to 22:30. We are looking for a motivated night hotelier to live this great adventure.

What is the position of Hotelier at OKKO HOTELS?

At OKKO HOTELS, we do not recruit receptionists, brigade managers or breakfast managers. We are recruiting multi-skilled hoteliers in charge of welcoming guests and ensuring their well-being throughout their stay, but also in charge of managing and leading the Club, an innovative and friendly space dedicated to our guests.  

Your main tasks will be to:

Customer relations

  • Be the best ambassador of the OKKO spirit to the hotel's guests
  • Contribute to the permanent satisfaction of the client throughout their stay, from the moment they are welcomed to the moment they leave
  • Contribute to the development of customer loyalty by always being attentive to their needs and reactive in the implementation of solutions

Responsibilities Reception

In accordance with internal operational procedures:

  • Ensure the handover of instructions with the day hoteliers
  • Welcoming clients and organising departures for the following day
  • Manage telephone calls and provide a concierge service throughout the night
  • Take reservations while promoting the OKKO HOTELS loyalty programme
  • Check incoming reservations and their payment guarantees
  • Follow up on customer receipts and manage the cash float at the reception desk
  • Ensure the administrative closing of the day and distribute the daily reports
  • Know and apply the hotel's security rules: fire procedure, identity check of a client in case of loss of a room key, closing of the hotel's accesses at the right times.
  • Club responsibility

In accordance with internal operational procedures:

  • Clean the Club and prepare the breakfast offer
  • Set up and dismantle the seminar rooms
  • Respecting hygiene and safety standards

Contract :

CDI 39h - Rythme 4/3

Basic monthly salary 1790€ over 12 months + ICN + Night bonus + Variable of 8% + Compulsory health insurance
