Hotel OKKO PARIS GARE DE L'EST 4*, the Group's ninth hotel, opened its doors in July 2019, and is looking for a motivated hotel owner to experience this wonderful adventure.

What is the position of Hotelier at OKKO HOTELS?

At OKKO HOTELS, we do not recruit receptionists, brigade chiefs or breakfast managers. We recruit versatile hoteliers in charge of welcoming guests and their well-being throughout their stay but also in charge of managing and running the Club, an innovative and friendly space dedicated to our customers.

Your main tasks will be to:
Customer relationship

  • To be the best ambassador of the OKKO spirit to the hotel's guests

  • Contribute to the permanent satisfaction of the client throughout his stay from the moment he is welcomed until his departure

  • Contribute to customer loyalty by always listening to their needs and being responsive in the implementation of solutions

Responsibilities Reception

In compliance with internal operating procedures:

  • Manage telephone calls and bookings

  • Enhance the OKKO HOTELS loyalty program

  • Check incoming reservations and their payment guarantees

  • Organize the reception and departure of customers

  • Provide a concierge service

  • Monitor customer receipts and manage the reception desk cash register

  • Ensure the relationship with other departments (floor, technical) and team members

  • Know and apply the hotel's security rules (fire...)

Club Responsibility

In compliance with internal operating procedures:

  • Reception of customers in the Club

  • Preparation and implementation of the breakfast, snack and aperitif offer

  • Comply with hygiene and safety standards

 

Experience and qualifications required:

  • BAC + 2 or equivalent

  • Minimum 2 years' experience required in 4* hotels

  • Proficiency in computer tools / French, English fluent

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, outgoing personality, recognized spirit of service

  • Sharing OKKO HOTELS values: conviviality, generosity, modernity and serenity

Contract :

CDI 39h / Monthly base 1720€ over 12 months + ICN + Variable of 8% + Compulsory mutual

Start of the contract: ASAP.
