Reporting to the General Manager, the Brand Director, together with the Marketing and Communication Director, forms a close-knit team to innovate in the continuity and respect of the DNA of OKKO HOTELS. He/she is in charge of everything related to the product: what the client perceives, smells, eats or hears. His/her mission is to develop, renew and enrich the codes of the brand through several elements: from the design of spaces, to the choice of equipment, to the selection of suppliers, to the Food & Beverage offer, including the dress code of the teams, or the CSR strategy. He/she responds to the proposals and requests of the operational staff and is responsible for developing projects that convey meaning and values for the brand and its employees.

 

DETAILS OF THE MISSIONS

 

  • Repositioning of the brand

Implementation of the new product strategy

  • Product strategy for future openings

Definition of the functional program (service offer of the common areas)

Choice of the decorator / decorator

Decorating brief

Validation of equipment and furniture (FF&E)

Validation of suppliers

  • CSR policy

Definition, management and follow-up of actions in terms of sustainable development, social commitment and employer brand in collaboration with the various divisions.

  • Response to operational needs:

Analysis of recurring or specific needs of operational teams

Design of appropriate responses

 

The Brand Director works in close collaboration with the Marketing and Communication Director and her teams who are in charge of

  • The brand's digital strategy (website, CRM)
  • Communication strategy (press relations, social networks...)
  • The loyalty strategy (promotions, newsletters, loyalty program)

  • Ability to recommend and manage external service providers (decorators, communication agencies...)
  • Knowledge of or strong interest in the hotel and restaurant industry


DETAILS OF THE POSITION

Type of contract : CDI

Location: Paris 8th district.

Salary: remuneration according to profile.

Telecommuting possible 2 days a week.
