The OKKO TOULON LIBERTE 4* hotel, located in the heart of the city on Place de la Liberté, will open its doors in early March 2020. It will have 98 rooms and like all the other OKKO hotels in a Club, fitness and sauna. A small innovation for OKKO HOTELS, this hotel will have a rooftop!

You are passionate about catering and have a minimum knowledge of oenology, beology and mixology. You have a recognised service spirit in order to offer quality services in line with the ambitions of OKKO HOTELS.

Your main missions will be :

Customer relations

  • To be the best ambassador of the OKKO spirit to hotel guests
  • Contribute to the permanent satisfaction of the client throughout his stay from the moment he is welcomed until his departure.
  • Contribute to customer loyalty by always being attentive to their needs and responsive in the implementation of solutions.

Club Responsibility

In compliance with internal operational procedures :

  • Welcoming customers to the Club
  • Preparing, setting up and serving the à la carte restaurant offer
  • Making and serving different drinks and cocktails to customers
  • Follow-up of customer cash receipts and management of the bar's cash float
  • Managing the drinks stock
  • Cleaning of machines and equipment in the bar
  • Setting up and dismantling the seminar rooms
  • Compliance with hygiene and safety standards
  • Participation in the preparation and setting up of the breakfast, snacking and aperitivo offer

Experience and qualifications :

  • BAC + 2 or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a restaurant/bar environment required
  • Mastery of computer tools / French, English fluent
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, extroverted personality, recognized spirit of service.

Contract :

CDI - 39h / Start of the contract: Mid-June 2021
